Recipe for Crisp & Crunchy Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients:
1 12 oz. bag organic broccoli coleslaw
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
2 tbsp. avocado oil mayonnaise
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. whole celery seed
Sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large glass, ceramic, or stainless steel bowl, add the slaw, parsley, avocado oil mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and celery seed. Stir to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
2. Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to chill, if desired.
